Machine Stretch Film

The elasticity of machine stretch film plays an important role in increasing the strength and stability of packaging. The higher the film’s elongation capability, the more uniformly it can be stretched during machine application, allowing it to adhere to the product with optimal tension. This feature ensures that the load is secured more cohesively and helps prevent shifting, slipping, or package loosening during transportation and storage. Moreover, proper elasticity reduces film consumption, resulting in economic savings in the packaging process.

The thickness and level of adhesion of machine stretch film also have a direct impact on its application. Greater thickness is generally suitable for packaging heavy, sharp-edged, or irregular loads, as it provides higher resistance to tearing and mechanical damage, while thinner films are used for lighter loads and faster packaging operations.

Stretch film rolls can be produced in custom dimensions, thicknesses, and colors according to customer requirements. Additionally, upon customer request, anti-UV and anti-static properties can be added to the stretch film.

The anti-UV additive protects against the sun’s ultraviolet radiation and is used to increase resistance and durability when exposed to sunlight. The anti-static additive provides protection against static electricity and is added to stretch film to prevent dust attraction.
